Narrative Description of Project

Since April 1998 the decentralization policy in Namibia is embarking on its implementation process. An important pre-requisite for a sustainable decentralization process is the availability of motivated and qualified personnel in regional and local administrations.

After completing the training, participants are familiar with the fundamental principles and techniques of modern effective management in the public sector. Participants had the chance to improve their personal work style, to fulfil their tasks efficiently and democratically and based on the principle of customer care.
